As a youngster, she was the child in your class that was super anxious yet full of fire! As the years rolled on, her spirit grew, and so did her colorful panic attacks! Her mother knowing that she had a strong connection to nature and sound, found a beautiful women named Linda Love. Yes, her last name is Love. The wonderful Linda taught her about essential oils, breath and calming cd’s - which she later learned was meditation. During college, she joined a circle where she learned a little bit about drumming and more about meditation. For fun, she enjoyed horseback riding and hiking. Fast forward to the future, she had the opportunity to study under: Daniel Rechtschaffen - both in person and online, Argos Gonzalez, Mayuri Gonzalez, Jennifer Cohen Harper and lastly Mindful Schools. This past school year, she created several trainings on mindfulness, social-emotional learning and chair yoga. Her trainings offered several options for introductory learning on the topic of informational mindfulness: present moment, attention awareness, nonjudgmental acceptance, observe attention, and experience. Current training offerings included: Mindfulness and Meditation, Mindfulness and Social-Emotional Learning, Behavioral Response – Self Regulation, ADHD Support, Mindfulness of Breathing – Finding your Base, Mindfulness with a Dash of Chair Yoga.
