Heidi Olivadoti
Heidi’s career spans 32 years, K-12, across three states including Washington, Oregon, and Alaska. She served as a professor at Southern Oregon University (2001-2015) and has been associated with the Oregon Mentor Project since 2007. She currently serves as the Coordinator of the Southern Oregon Regional Educator Network (SOREN) and is leading school improvement efforts across a region about the size of Massachusetts. SOREN’s aim is to increase safety, significance, and belonging for adults and children in the school environment. She is driven by deep relationships grounded in courage, compassion, connection, and equity in order to elevate voices, invite diverse perspectives, improve systems, and ultimately, do no harm. Heidi lives in Medford, Oregon with her husband and three children. She is an avid seeker, connector, explorer, and curious questioner of ideas related to faith, spirituality, positive psychology, and anything designed to help humans come together, heal and thrive.
