Nyere da Silva

Nyere da Silva is a passionate, creative, multilingual, DEIB, and well-being centered educational leader and coach with extensive experience in professional learning design, facilitation, and teaching. Nyere is currently the Coordinator for the Contra Costa County Teacher Induction Program, a consortium supporting hundreds of new teachers, mentor teachers, and leaders across the greater Bay Area. Leading with a compassionate and critical lens, Nyere balances an inquiry, learning, and results-focused orientation while embodying an ethos of connection and love. She coaches the whole person while partnering with them to: live with intention, amplify their strengths, cultivate identity conscious self-awareness, embody their purpose, and to stretch and grow professionally and personally as they embrace their Being while Becoming. Nyere is a Certified Professional Executive, Life and Cultural Competency Coach, a certified (novice) yoga instructor, introvert, and a proud rescue dog mamma.
