Richa Shivangi Gupta
Richa is an educator and social entrepreneur. She is the CEO and Co-founder of Labhya Foundation, a globally recognized Indian nonprofit that enables over 2.4 Million vulnerable children with the necessary skills to cope with poverty & become effective learners.
During her journey, she has worked with education non-profits like Teach For India and Teach For All. Additionally, she was also the Country Ambassador (India) to the 10th (Girls)20 Summit in Japan. She has been recognised by the Takeda Foundation as the ‘Best Entrepreneur 2019’.
Richa is a DRK entrepreneur and was also listed as the Women’s Forum Rising Talent 2020. Richa received her Master’s in Education from Harvard Graduate School of Education, where she also served as an Equity & Inclusion Fellow, Harvard Ministerial Leadership Fellow and Education Entrepreneurship fellow. Currently, Richa also serves on the advisory board of Generation Unlimited, UNICEF India and on the Steering Committee of Karanga: The Global Alliance for Social Emotional Learning and Life Skills. Richa is also an SDG Young Leader recognised by the United Nations.
